Your data, handled with care.

1. What we collect

Name, mobile number, email, date of birth, college, stream, year, division, roll number, internship status, your Discovery chat answers, the resume built from them, and your mock-interview answers and scores.

2. Why we collect it

• To build your resume and coach you through mock interviews.
• To show your rank on your own college's leaderboard (only your college's students and staff see it).
• To connect you with companies for your 120-hour On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• To inform you about career opportunities, workshops and training from Pride Computer Education — you agreed to this at registration and can opt out any time by writing to us.

3. Who can see your data

• You — everything.
• Your college's principal and class teachers — your progress, scores and rank (for the OJT programme).
• Pride Computer Education's placement team — to arrange OJT for the Top 10 and to support other students.
• Companies — only what you send them yourself (your email/WhatsApp with your resume). We do not push your data to companies.

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers or job portals.

4. Camera and microphone

During mock interviews your camera preview is shown on screen only to keep the interview honest. Video is not recorded, not stored and never leaves your device. Microphone audio is converted to text in your browser for typing convenience; audio is not stored.

5. Where your data lives

On a secure, password-protected server with HTTPS encryption, restricted to Pride Computer Education staff. Database files are not publicly accessible.

6. AI processing

Your chat and interview answers are sent to an AI service (Google Gemini / OpenAI) only to generate your resume, questions and coaching feedback. These providers do not use API data to train their models under their business terms.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for the duration of the OJT programme and up to 2 years after, to support placements. To correct or delete your data, email viralsakhiyavideos@gmail.com from your registered email, or ask your college coordinator.
